What types of tickets are available?
Festival tickets for the public programme are available as 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-day tickets. These tickets give you access to concerts, shows, and parties as well as to numerous programme events in the exhibition and talk areas and to our programme events that are specifically aimed at young people in the music industry.
Where can Reeperbahn Festival Tickets be purchased?
You can buy tickets in our online ticketshop (subject to availability).
You can also buy a ticket during the festival at our ticket desk at the Festival Village/ Heiligengeistfeld (subject to availability).
Tickets for professional visitors are available in the online shop before and during the festival (subject to availability).
Are there tickets for individual events?
Tickets for individual concerts or individual programme events are not available.
Are there any programme events that I can visit without a Reeperbahn Festival ticket?
At Spielbudenplatz, the programme at both Spielbude XL and NJOY-Reeperbus are free of charge. In addition to the Flatstock Poster Convention, the Festival Village offers a variety of exciting exhibitions and programmes on the Arts Playground as well as music and talks.
Are there discounted tickets for people with disabilities and their companions?
Are there reduced tickets for children and young people?
There is no price reduction for children or young people.
Are there discounted tickets for students?
The Student Rate (€ 240,00 / includes all services of the conference ticket) can be requested via this link. During the reservation process, a valid student certificate/ID card with validity including September 23, 2023 must be uploaded in the order process (the date on the certificate/ID card must be clearly legible). After verification of the credential and appropriate approval, we will send an email with further instructions for payment and completion of the order.
The above prices are inclusive of 19% VAT and sales charge.
Do I have to have my ticket printed out?
If you have your festival or conference ticket as a PDF file, you can also show it as a mobile ticket on your phone. It is therefore not necessary to print out your ticket.
Do I have to personalise my ticket for Reeperbahn Festival?
The Reeperbahn Festival ticket does not have to be personalised. Personalisation is only required for conference ticket holders. Conference tickets can be personalised by clicking on “show tickets” in the confirmation email you receive after purchasing your ticket.
Should I expect to have to wait at the ticket desk?
Be sure to plan enough time for your visit to the ticket desk so that you can enjoy the festival in full. We will inform you regularly about current waiting times via the Festival App.

Which ticket allows me to attend a concert at the Elphilharmonie?
Holders of a 4-, 3-, 2-, or 1-day ticket for the Friday or Saturday of the festival as well as holders of a conference ticket can secure a place in the Elbphilharmonie concert hall. However, it is necessary to make a successful reservation and, in the case of conference visitors, additionally the successful personalisation of the conference ticket.
Please note: The reservation is binding and cannot be cancelled, used for another event, or changed!
Can I attend several concerts at the Elbphilharmonie?
No, unfortunately only one concert in the Elbphilharmonie can be selected per 4-day ticket, 3-day ticket, 2-day ticket or 1-day ticket.
Is there a box office for concerts at the Elphilharmonie concert hall?
We will inform you about remaining tickets for wristband holders on the respective festival day via push messages in the festival app. Seating tickets can be collected from the ticket desk at the Elbphilharmonie concert hall at Heiligengeistfeld up to two hours before the concert.
Where can I get my seat ticket for the concert at the Elbphilharmonie concert hall?
For admission to a pre-booked concert in the Elbphilharmonie concert hall, you must exchange the voucher you have received or the ticket you have purchased for a ticket for the Elbphilharmonie concert hall at the ticket desk in the Festival Village at Heiligengeistfeld two hours before the concert begins.
Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged at the Elbphilharmonie concert hall.
How are seats allocated for concerts at the Elbphilharmonie concert hall??
Unlike in previous years, beginning in 2023, there will be a free choice of seats for the concerts in the Elbphilharmonie concert hall during Reeperbahn Festival. You will have to exchange the digital voucher you receive via email in advance for a physical ticket for the Elbphilharmonie concert hall at the ticket desk at Heiligengeistfeld and pick up your festival wristband. This physical ticket does not include a seat assignment, so you are free to choose your seat directly in the Elbphilharmonie concert hall when you enter the main hall. It therefore pays to be early in order to get good seats!
Please note: Admission to concerts in the Elbphilharmonie concert hall cannot be granted without both a physical ticket and a valid Reeperbahn Festival wristband.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
You are allowed to leave the hall during the concert, but we kindly ask that you exercise caution and use the applause breaks so as not to disturb the artists on stage or the other visitors. The acoustics in the hall are very sensitive, and we want all visitors and artists to have an unforgettable concert experience. Please also note that we cannot guarantee re-entry into the hall during the event.

At the Festival
How do I change my ticket for a wristband or delegate badge?
Tickets can be exchanged at the ticket desk in the Festival Village (Heiligengeistfeld). You will need your festival ticket or the trade visitor ticket as well as your photo ID.
Do I have guaranteed admission to all programmes with my ticket?
There is no guaranteed admission to the programme events. We recommend that you arrive early at the respective location (as you are not entitled to admission). If a location is already full, you can either wait until other guests leave (our team in front of the locations as well as display boards will inform you about the capacities at the locations) or make your way to one of the many other programme events that can be discovered at Reeperbahn Festival.
What are the capacities of the individual concert venues at the Reeperbahn Festival?

Who has priority admission?
In addition to the public part of the festival, Reeperbahn Festival is the largest european platform for the music industry and welcomes a large number of professionals every year. With their conference tickets, these visitors are given the opportunity to enter concert venues via a separate entrance queue: the “Delegates Lane”. These professionals travel to the festival on business and need access in order to do their job, be it as label representatives, digital distributors, promoters, bookers, export agents, etc.
For all festival days, we implement equal admissions for both groups of visitors.
Please note that the Delegates Lane will continue to exist and will generally be shorter than the Public Visitors Lane due to the smaller total number of attending professionals.
In the event of an admissions stop, the same number of people will be admitted alternately from both admission queues – the festival visitors and Delegates Lane – according to the principle of “one out, one in”.
Occasionally, people from the festival team (such as social media reporters, photographers or videographers, production staff, etc.) or members of the press may have priority access after the show has begun in order to carry out their duties on site. We thank you for your understanding.
What does access to the Reeperbahn Festival Conference include?
The following services are included in the Conference Ticket:
- Access to the conference programme (sessions, networking, awards)
- Access to the public programme (concerts, showcases, art-, film-, & literature programme, etc., depending on the capacity of the locations)
- Access to the Reeperbahn Festival Lounge with a Delegates Bar
- Access to the password-protected Delegates Database
- Public transport (HVV = Hamburg Transport Association) for arrival and departure
SESSIONS: The session programme will be comprised of talks, panels, keynote presentations, workshops, and other presentations. High-ranking international speakers will address topics from the music industry and its sub-markets.
SHOWCASES: Labels, partners, and music export offices will present their new and upcoming artists at Reeperbahn Festival as part of the curated concert programme.
NETWORKING: The networking programme will offer the opportunity to make contact with international representatives of the music and digital creative industries. The central location for business meetings and receptions will be the Reeperbahn Festival Lounge in the ARCOTEL Onyx. In addition, parties, get-togethers, and dinners with our partners will take place in many nearby Reeperbahn venues.
When do I have to be at the concert venues?
Admission at all concert venues begins approx. 30 minutes before the start of the show.
What can I take with me to the locations? Will there be lockers?
Bags and backpacks up to a size of 210 x 297 mm (equivalent to DIN A4) are allowed. As in previous years, there will be a central bag room in the Festival Village at the Heiligengeistfeld. There, you can drop off bags for a fee of 2–3 € / day. For logistical reasons, there will be no bag room at most venues, so having no – or small – bags will be advantageous.
Please note the ban on glass bottles at Reeperbahn from Friday at 22:00 PM until Saturday at 6:00 AM and from Saturday at 22:00 PM until Sunday at 6:00 AM.
How can I have the best Reeperbahn Festival experience?
We recommend that you let yourself drift through the festival and not plan too meticulously. There will be a lot to discover, and it will be worthwhile to check out unknown venues, to get to know new acts, and to visit the art programme and the Festival Village.
What can I do for the environment?
Even though our festival will take place in the middle of the city surrounded by clubs and the Reeperbahn, we are all responsible for the waste we produce. So let’s work together to make as little rubbish as possible and to dispose of it in the appropriate bins. Our environment is important to us all!
What rules apply to minors at the festival?
The legal provisions for the protection of minors apply at our event. We would like to explicitly point out that admission is not under our control. It is possible for minors to be denied entry to a club at the Reeperbahn, especially at late hours. Please take this into account when purchasing a ticket.
Student IDs, written permission from a parent or guardian, or similar items are not usually accepted.
Youth Protection Act §5: Dance Events
Children and adolescents under 16 years of age are not allowed to attend public dance events without the accompaniment of a custodian or guardian, and adolescents over 16 years of age are only allowed to attend until midnight at the latest

Is the Reeperbahn Festival handicapped-accessible?
Due to the large number of our venues, we have to evaluate the handicapped accessibility of each Reeperbahn Festival event individually. The following venues are accessible via wheelchair but are not necessarily fully equipped with handicapped toilets: Alte Liebe, Bahnhof Pauli, Chikago, Elbphilharmonie concert hall, Festival Village, Große Freiheit 36, Haspa Filiale, Häkken, Knust, Mojo Club, Mojo Jazz Café, Molotow Club, Molotow Backyard, Nochtspeicher, Resonanzraum, Schmidts Tivoli, Sommersalon (Summer Salon), Stage Operettenhaus, St. Michaelis Kirche (church), St. Pauli Fanshop, Spielbudenplatz, Thomas Read Disco, Uwe, 3001 Kino (cinema). Handicapped sanitation facilities can be found in the Festival Village at the Heiligengeistfeld. There are also handicapped-accessible toilets at Bahnhof Pauli, Mojo Club, Resonanzraum, Elbphilharmonie concert hall, and St. Michaelis Kirche (church). Further information can be found here.

Where can I turn if I feel uncomfortable at the festival?
Together with Act-Aware e.V., we have developed a comprehensive awareness concept. Our awareness team conducts victim protection work and will support you in feeling safer and more comfortable at the festival if you experience something negative or your boundaries are crossed. You can find us by looking for the umbrella symbol, which you will see on informational posters, banners, above the safe zones, and on the Awareness Team’s waistcoats. You can come directly to the Awareness Point or get in touch by scanning the QR code on the awareness posters or by talking to a staff member with the umbrella symbol.
